MOC Tema World has been serving quality fresh coffee to coffee lovers for many years. As one of the pioneers of third-wave coffee in Turkey, MOC manages its loyalty program through this application. This privacy policy explains how your personal data is collected, used, and protected.

• Account Information: First name, last name, email address
• Date of Birth: Used solely to deliver our annual “birthday coffee” gift inside the app. It is not used for marketing, profiling, or shared with third parties.
• Profile Information: Profile photo (optional)
• Usage Data: QR code scans, earned stars, order history
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• Account creation and authentication
• Loyalty program management and star tracking
• Delivering the birthday coffee gift
• Sending reward and campaign notifications
• Improving app experience
• Providing customer support

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Your data may only be shared:

• With our service providers (Firebase, Google Cloud) for technical operations
