How do I earn stars?
Show your QR code to the cashier with every coffee purchase. After the code is scanned, your stars will be automatically added to your account.
How do I redeem my stars?
You can view your accumulated stars in the rewards section and select the reward you want to redeem.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen. We will send a password reset link to your email address.
My QR code is not scanning. What should I do?
Increase your screen brightness and make sure the QR code is fully visible. If the problem persists, restart the app.
How can I delete my account?
You can use the "Delete Account" option from your profile page, or send us an email to request account deletion.
